ELECTRIC BICYCLES AND MOTORBIKES
OUR STORY
 
STR, now "Motoland", was founded in November 2004 with the aim of providing consultancy and advisory services in the area of engineering for the development of new products and innovative technologies. STR has provided consultancy and advisory services to various companies from the north to the south of the country. In 2006, STR provided consultancy services to a company in Rio Grande do Sul that manufactures special tricycles for gas delivery, whose main client was Petrobras, which has sold more than 1,000 units, among dozens of other companies in the gas sector. 

 In 2009, STR, through its Board of Directors, took over a position at Ecomotors, a company located in Recife - PE, taking over the Production area and supporting the Import area for parts and pieces from China and the development of new products. Ecomotors delivered more than 3,600 units and had an order backlog of more than 6,000 units, including motorbikes and scooters, from the start of its activities until STR left the company.  At the beginning of 2012, STR left Ecomotors and began consulting other manufacturers of electric and combustion-powered motorbikes and scooters. 

In 2016 STR began developing a project to manufacture all-electric motorbikes, scooters and cargo bikes. At the end of 2017, STR began actually producing the products it had developed and started selling them with its own resources, importing parts and pieces from China.  The factory in Goiás sold around 1,200 pieces of equipment until 2019, when the Covid-19 pandemic hit and it stopped manufacturing due to the high costs of maintaining the factory, with staff, taxes, rents and so on. 

Now, in current times, STR, whose name changed in 2022 to Motorland, to meet the worldwide call for new products with reduced carbon emissions in the atmosphere and fuel economy, decides to launch a new product, which is a Hybrid Motorcycle, so far the only one on the market, developed in our factory in 2009, at a time when there was no talk of environmental preservation, and whose Prototype is already duly tested and approved, as it still travels the streets of Goiânia.  

We would like to remind you that all our products are developed by our Project Engineering department and are exclusive, that our products do not come from a single supplier, like the majority of companies operating in the Electric Motorbike and Electric Bicycle market, so they are 100% developed in Brazil and are Brazilian Projects.
